RSpace User Agreement

User Agreement for Communication Tech Company Supporting Youth and Young Adults on Probation

This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("User" or "You") and RSpace ("Company," "We," or "Us").

By using the communication services and platforms provided by the Company, including but not limited to mobile applications, websites, and other related services (collectively referred to as the "Services"), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Services.

1. Eligibility:

a. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are a youth or young adult currently on probation and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

b. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to this Agreement.

2. Account Creation and Security:

a. To access and use the Services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

b. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials and any activity that occurs under your account.

c. You agree not to share your account credentials with anyone else and to immediately notify the Company of any unauthorized use or breach of security.

3. Purpose of the Services:

a. The Services provided by the Company aim to assist youth and young adults on probation in communicating effectively with their support team, including probation officers (POs), mentors, and social workers.

b. The Services may include features such as secure messaging, video conferencing, document sharing, and other communication tools to facilitate collaboration and support.

4. User Responsibilities:

a. You agree to use the Services responsibly, ethically, and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and probationary conditions.

b. You shall not use the Services to engage in any illegal, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or harmful activities.

c. You are solely responsible for the content you share through the Services and agree not to share any information that violates the rights of others or contains confidential or sensitive information without proper authorization.

d. You agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of other users and the information shared within the Services.

5. User Support:

a. The Company will make reasonable efforts to provide technical support and assistance to ensure the proper functioning of the Services.

b. You may contact the Company's support team for any technical or operational issues related to the Services.

6. Data Privacy and Security:

a. The Company takes the privacy and security of user data seriously. We will collect, use, and store your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

a. The Services and all related intellectual property rights belong to the Company. You agree not to modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Services unless explicitly authorized by the Company.

b. You retain ownership of the content you share through the Services, but you grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content for the purpose of providing and improving the Services.

8. Termination:

a. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by ceasing to use the Services and closing your account.
